Sales Engineer CNC Machine Tools

in both Southern and Northern Ireland.

Our continued growth requires us to seek out a bright and qualified sales engineer who want to

join us in maintaining our number-one position while working on some of the most sophisticated

machines produced.

Basic Qualifications:

The preferred candidate will possess an industrial sales or capital equipment background

preferable in the machine tool sector. A degree in engineering or a degree in business with a

strong mechanical aptitude is preferred. The ideal candidate will also possess great organisation

and prioritisation skills, a strong work ethic, problem solving, the ability to absorb product

knowledge, needs engineering and business software knowledge, analysis skills, presentation

skills, technical understanding and strong verbal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Machine Tool Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing action plans for effective

search of sales leads and prospects to cover and support the territory. This role collaborates with

Engineering, Service, Contract Administration and management to provide accountability and

follow-up for our customers. Other duties include, but are not limited to:

Maintaining involvement on turnkey projects, demonstrations and other customer related projects

to meet deadlines and budgets

Interacting with customers and engineers on pre-sale activities including customer visits,

evaluation of opportunities, machine and part processing assessments and recommendations,

and development of turnkey proposals

Possessing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines

represented by the company
